Hi, I’m Rinad…

As a mom, sleep consultant, and educator with a background in psychology and international development, I know firsthand how overwhelming it feels to be desperate for sleep while drowning in conflicting advice about how to help your baby get there.

Shortly after my daughter was born, I delved deeply into infant sleep research, learning to filter out the noise and focus on both science and instinct. Once I found an approach that truly worked, I realized most parents simply don’t have the time or energy to navigate that journey alone. That’s what led me to pursue formal certification in pediatric sleep consulting, and launch ReNap Sleep.

Originally from Jordan and now based in the DMV area, I bring cultural sensitivity, lived experience, and a deep commitment to guiding families toward calmer nights and more confident days.

Ready to catch up on some sleep?

The ReNap Approach

Sleep is never one-size-fits-all — and neither is my support. My work is grounded in research, guided by instinct, and centered on your child’s wellbeing.

Your baby’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs always come first. I rely on current, evidence-informed practices while honoring the reality that you know your child best. I encourage parents to trust their instincts, ask questions, and feel empowered throughout the process.

My approach is individualized and flexible. Nothing is rigid or set in stone; we can pivot as needed because babies grow, families evolve, and life happens. My role is to guide you with clarity and structure toward the sleep goals that feel right for your family.
